Since septe 1 , 2001, this law is effected. This law regulates personal rights of individuals who’s details are used, and regulates the rules of company’s that use this information. This law effects all data witch is obtained through the website of Kemper & van Twist Diesel B.V.. This means that all private data wich is obtained through the internet, is storted, is used and/or is connected with other data, is protected by this law.

What is (private) personal data?

Private or personal data is all data witch can be linked to identified living persons. This means that de given name of the person , in relation to the data, can be identified. For example: a name, or a post address, but also e-mail addresses can be personal (or private) information.

How does Kemper & van Twist Diesel B.V. handle your personal (private) data?

Your private or personal data will be handled with great care, according to Dutch law. This means that, in special cases, we will ask your permit ion to handle your data. Furthermore we will use this data only for the purposes you left them for. If you leave your contact details on our site to inform about information, we will only use your details to send you the information requested, and not for other purposes, unless clearly stated. Your details will not be used for other purposes, such as advertisement and such. Your details can be used to track personal details, in case unlawful acts have been committed, or unlawful comments have been made (and other exceptions, as stated in art. 43 of the Dutch law Protection of Personal Details).
