The specialists of our Service Department will look after your Perkins Engine, your FG Wilson Gen Set and / or your other branded emergency gen set from cradle to grave. Installation, commissioning, fault finding, preventive maintenance and repairs can be offered all over the world, 24 hours per day, and 365 days a year.

All our technicians are trained to the highest (factory) standards in our own training facilities by our own  approved and licensed Trainers. In our Training facility we have the latest product and tooling available to meet today’s needs. Also all our technicians are VCA safety trained. This high standard of training makes us an efficient organization that services all various emergency power generator sets, on occasion or on a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract.

Our team of Service Coordinators (back office) is trained to optimize the Service Planning, and will limit the down time of your installation as much as possible. They will adopt the problem, and will take all necessary actions to get your installation back in operation as soon as possible. A Perkins Engine, a FG Wilson Gen Set, or whatever other branded emergency generator set, we can offer the same service.

On request our Service Department can offer you a Service Maintenance Contract for your Back Up Power / Emergency Power Generator Set. Preventive Maintenance and Corrective actions are covered on a 24/7 basis. All corrective actions such as repairs and improvements will always be quoted first, so no unexpected costs will be presented.
