All our quotations and contracts
regarding the sale of products, services and repairs are subject
to the general conditions of the association of importers of
internal combustion engines (V.I.V.) registered at the Chamber
of Commerce, Haaglanden. A copy of these conditions if not
already in your possession, can be sent free of charge.
Different terms are explicitly rejected.
In addition to these VIV Terms,
Kemper en Van Twist also follows the
warranty Terms and conditions as per the individual Product /
Brand.
