Kemper en van Twist Diesel B.V. have at present seven departments:

The Energy Systems Department takes care of the delivery, installing and commissioning of the generatorsets, in according with the specification of the Customer, if necessary completed with by our own developed Custom Built Control Switch boards.

The Industrial department supplies Perkins Industrial diesel engines for industrial "of road" applications and for a.o. pump- and generating sets, FG Wilson generating sets in open and sound attenuated specifications for Rental and Automatic Mains Failure applications to 2,200 kVA, Kohler industrial petrol engines up to 28 kW. This department also develops and markets a range of 4- and 6-cylinder Perkins-based Gas Engines, these gas engines are also produced by Kemper en van Twist.

The Marine department delivers  a complete range of products suitable for the Marine industry, pleasure craft and commercial. As there is the Perkins SABRE Marine engines in a power range of 87 - 225 Hp, Lombardini Marine engines in a power range of 13 - 200 Hp, Kohler Marine generators in a power range of 3,5 - 180 kWe and Max Power electrical and hydraulic bow and stern thrusters in a range of 35 - 600 kg thrust. This department also design and delivers hydraulic power packs suitable for several hydraulic components and applications. The Nautical department developed the Perkins SABRE propulsion engine M132Ti. This engine will be produced by Kemper en van Twist.

Supports customers of Kemper en van Twist as well as end-users on the products as supplied by us and/or our suppliers  Technical data such as torquesettings, adjustment figures etc. can be supplied by the Product Support Department.

 The sales  department for parts and components has a stock warehouse with a high first fill rate percentage. This guarantees an optional support of our main products. This high first fill rate percentage is also being supported through the next day direct delivery system from the Perkins factories where delivery takes place direct from Perkins England straight to the customer in Holland. Further this department sells several technical components  such as Bowman coolers and heat exchangers, Flametec explosionproof systems for diesel engines, Teleflex Marine Morse remote controls for marine applications,  Tufftorq hydrostatic transmissions for applications in the garden and park sector.
 

Our specialists from the Service Department performs commissioning works on all our products, perform service-maintenance and repairs and solve technical problems. Not only in the Netherlands, but on request all over the world.

Our Workshop builds complete generator sets and electrical control panels, and repairs all our products. Complete engine overhauls, or exchange engines, are offered by the Workshop. Diesel engines are being transferred into gas engines in the workshop.

In 1992, Kemper en van Twist Diesel B.V. acquired the well-established technical trading company Hunter N.V. based in Antwerp in Belgium. Both companies in general handle, on an exclusive basis, the same products and serve the whole of the Benelux. Hunter N.V. also markets a complete range of boat accessories and marine components.
